Fuel Injector Flush - Service
A fuel injector flush service is often recommended at the time of a Tune-Up service , at extra cost of course .

On this service the fuel system is immobilized and special equipment is used to feed a cleaning solution through the fuel injection system and the engine . The engine is actually run on this solution for about 10 minutes of so while the injector flush is being performed . This service will remove all the gum and residue etc of normal driving , from the fuel injectors and fuel regulator etc . It will also remove any excess carbon build-up from the valves and pistons in the engine .
This service is known to greatly improve the performance and fuel mileage of vehicles that have 2 or 3 years of driving . A fuel injector flush service is of great benefit to all vehicles and even more so to vehicles that are driven low mileage or drive at low speeds , such as city driven .
